Role: Functional Analyst SAP BW
Location: Belgium
Start: ASAP
End Date: 1st July - extension possible
Rate: €55/hour all in
Language: Fluent Dutch and English/French
Job description summary
- Takeover in service mode AM of a SAP BW solution
- Responsibilities ON A SAP BW environment
- Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
- Participate support activities
o Incidents
o Questions
o Service Requests
o Problem Management (Root-cause analysis, bug fixing )
o Training
o Analysis
IT-Skills
- Able to establish specifications
- SAP BW IS A MUST
- ITIL is a plus (Incident/change management)
- Able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions
Soft-Skills
- Able to build and maintain the relationship with customer IT member at client side
- Stress resistant, team oriented, flexible, self-organized and communicative
- Challenged by complex problems
- Strong analytical mentality/conceptual way of thinking
- Service-oriented attitude
