Compliance, Planning, PMO sought by my Global Investment Banking client based in Belfast for an initial 6 month contract position.
This position is to provide project support to a data protection regulation project.
Key Responsibilities:
*Tracking, reporting and ensuring appropriate governance around project RAIDs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies).
*Creation, maintenance and coordination of project documentation.
*Timely reporting of workstream progress on a regular basis. This will involve regular liaison with the multiple businesses/functions and the global project team.
*Preparation of necessary reporting presentations and updates.
*Attendance at multiple project working groups capturing, documenting and managing actions, risks, issues etc.
*Tracking and management of business action plans and status updates.
*Management of central document repository (SharePoint).

Knowledge/Experience:
*Previous Project Management or strong Project Management Office experience is essential.
*Experience in management/supporting a Regulatory Project preferred.
Skills:
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word & Outlook
*Advanced MS Excel (incl pivot tables. VBA not required)
*MS Visio, Project and SharePoint an advantage
