Description
For one of our clients, we are looking for an IT sourcing/procurement coordinator in South Brussels and among his/her responsibilities include to:
- Delivery/Contract Management-support associate providing support to the contracts' administration under the direction of the procurement manager;
- Assist with the compilation of various reports and presentations to demonstrate progress of the contracts he/she is assigned to;
- Assist the team in sourcing and lauching RFP.
- Assist in the request management process of the various contracts;
- Administer the contract management tools used for the delivery of the various contracts;
- Assist in the monitoring of the contract's procedures and SLA; Ensure that contract milestones are met;
- Communicate with external partners during the various phases of the contracts execution;
- Collect actual data and forecasts, review resource consumptions and the financial performance of the contracts;
- Assist in the invoicing process of the contracts towards suppliers and clients, as well as taking over the data entry of the respective contract's data into the company's ERP (SAP);
- Communicate with the customer and all contract stakeholders for all contract support related issues. Skills and Experience
- University Degree is highly desirable in a relevant field (legal, procurement or supply chain);
- A minimum of 2 years' experience on the range of the aforementioned responsibilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English and French: written, verbal, presentation;
- Excellent use of the English and French language (verbal & written); Flemish shall be considered an asset;
- Ability to analyze complex information and generate reports;
- Organized, methodical, team player and able to prioritize workload;
- Highly accurate and attentive to details;
- Experience with negotiation;
