The task package includes the following items:
First line support for employees in questions and disturbances around SAS/Teradata and possibly other environments used for primary processes
Distributes notifications to the correct solving groups inside and outside
Helps users to use the analytics environments, such as answering questions, providing instructions and organizing training
Carries out the registration of notifications (questions, errors, assignments or wishes) and causes them to be further addressed
Is able to handle reports independently falling within their own solving group
Provides communication towards internal user organization in case of disturbances and changes around the analytics infrastructure
Reports on calls to be able to send the process properly
Contributes to release management, problem management and optimization/improvement
Monitor the analytics environment for the correct use
Assists in the design and use of analytical environments
Reconciliation with the IT platform vendor
