Your tasks:
- Implement and apply advanced project management knowledge to the Technical Product Teams
- Facilitate team interactions and mobilize technical product teams to deliver on key objectives
- Exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the TPM organization
- Drive resolution of issues and develop solutions to complex issues facing TPTs that are consistent with organization objectives
- Provide guidance and transparency to key customers and stakeholders in a highly visible global setting in alignment with network and product strategy
Your qualifications
- University degree in science or engineering; strong knowledge of PM tools
- Professional experience in transfer of products and/or methods
- Profound experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medtech industry
- Experience in complex and exposed project management roles
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Very fluent in oral and written English, other language knowledge is of advantage
