Dear Candidates,
For our direct end client NIKE we are looking for a Critical (Major) Incident Manager. Nike has their EMEA HQ in NL and is looking for someone who could join their team for a long time.

Department: Operations Intelligence Center Engineer

Scope and Responsibilities:

The OIC has two missions:

  • Critical Incident Management: drive down the time to repair of a critical incident and communicate effectively to help the business teams understand the consumer impacts
  • Monitoring: build our monitoring tools and act on the alerts received so actions are taken and incidents are resolved

    • Start: ASAP (but can be discussed)
    Duration: Long term (at least 1 year)
    Location: Hilversum, The Netherlands (Nike EMEA HQ)
