Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administrator to join this prestigious client based in Glasgow on a 6 month contract

To ensure all NAV production aspects are co-ordinated and completed in a timely and accurate manner as required

Duties will include:

  • Maintain daily/non daily tasks and checklists/controls ensuring they are documented and completed

  • Assist in the NAV Production completion on a daily basis in line with valuation point frequency agreed for each fund

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements

  • Ensure the NAV prices are delivered and utilised for creation/cancellation of units within the fund range.

  • Ensure that systems, processes and controls are relevant and in place to achieve high operational standards

  • Liaise with various internal contacts such as Statutory Reporting team

  • Escalates breaches of policies and procedures appropriately

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be able to work on their own initiative and work to tight deadlines.
