Job Title: Project Planner (Contract)

Salary: £35ph+
Hours: 37.5
Duration 6 months +
Experis are looking for an Project Planner (Contract) for our multinational client to work in Bracknell
Position Deliverables
. Create, review, update and administer construction schedules and plans
. Liaise with General Manager, project managers and Field Supervisor to keep plans updated and identify project issues particularly those with respect to schedules
. Liaise with customers to review and align maintenance project programmes to their schedules
. Request and guide the development of sub-contractor project and maintenance delivery schedules
. Keep customers updated on progress and organize meetings and presentations to discuss project plans and associated issues and opportunities
. Work to prepare reports and updates for internal reviews
Experience
. Knowledge of BMS/Fire and MEP maintenance and construction practices
. Extensive experience in planning, scheduling and reporting (KPI)
Skills
. Expert user of Oracle Primavera P6
. Expert user of Microsoft Projects
. Knowledge of NEC3 & JCT contracts and processes regarding planning and reporting
. Commercial acumen
. Excellent written and oral communication skills
. Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
. Keen attention to details
. Ability to deal and interact with multiple stakeholders
. Promotes teamwork and diversity
