Anforderungen: Thematical priority
Deep SAP PM knowledge incl. experiences
in solution design with respect to Mobile Solutions
Post go-live support (after/ during implementation – short term basis)
Contact person (hotline) for troubleshooting immediately after the introduction in a cluster. Period: about 1-2 months after implementation
Contact for questions and error identification, description (for 2nd level support) and correction (from user perspective)
Creation and maintenance of training materials / manuals for SAP PM – mobile apps
Implementation by means of target group oriented user training (Planner/Scheduler, Millwright, supervisor,…)
