Scrum Master | Brussels | 2 Months | Gap, Devops
Square One are actively on the look out for an experienced Scrum Master for an initial 2 month position based out of Brussels working for one of out major clients.
In the initiation phase, it is expected to support with setting up and establishing an agile framework - tools, processes & people. Collaborate & facilitate the gap assessment discussions following the agile method leading to the execution phase (sprint 0 -release plan).
Also liaise the IT stakeholders to determine the technical set up required for deployments and release planning.
In the execution phase, facilitate a distributed agile team to self-organize and remove impediments and the extended IT stakeholders to deliver the first release.
Expertise in Functional/Business analysis of online solution
Experience with performing gap assessment
Experience with developing SMART functional requirements as user stories
Experience with agile/scrum preferred
Experience as scrum master
Experience with release planning
Experience (or at least awareness) with setting up the tools for DevOps
