Supply Chain Lead
A Supply Chain Lead is required to work on a twelve month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Bristol.
Overview of the Supply Chain Lead contract role
Delivery of Supply Chain processes and the associated engagement with the Supplier base, projects and other stakeholders in order to procure goods and services used to build world class Naval Ships. Working with the Marine Major Systems and Equipment Supply Chain team.
Key skills required for the Supply Chain Lead
- Good grounding of procurement principles
- Good knowledge of defence contracting & terminology
- Good Project Management experience
- Good Commercial contracting knowledge
The role is based in Bristol - commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester, Swindon, Devizes, Trowbridge, Bath, Taunton, Bridgwater, Weston-Super-Mare, Newport and Cardiff
