Role: CRM Communication & Programme Manager

Rate: £40,000- £50,000 equivalent

One of the UK's largest Beauty brands are seeking a talented Marketer for a one year contract in an innovative new part of their business which is already exceeding all expectations.
The CRM Manager will be tasked with: Co-ordinating Management triggered emails, driving the customer journey, co-ordinating the sales and recruitment email process, digital communications optimisation, content and systems integration, and carrying out Analysis of the CRM strategy against key objectives.
The Ideal candidate will come from a retail background, with 2 or more years hands on experience in a retention marketing role.
Purpose of role:
- To manage all email communication for field Consultants including management of Triggered Emails and Sales and Recruitment Email Drivers
- Set-up, launch and develop the customer journey strategy with internal stakeholders, from customer through to Host to Consultant.
- To manage all email and relationship data within the client's Ordering System and Campaign Management Tool.
- To analyse results and ROI from offers in the customer journey and develop strategic improvement plans from the lessons learnt.
- Develop CRM strategy from affiliate lead generation programme team
Experience/competencies required:
- Email Marketing experience including significant exposure to Email Service Providers and experience of managing such relationships (ideally Responsys)
- Thrives best in a fast-paced and deadline driven retail environment
- Critical attention to detail and organisational skills to excel in a fast paced office.
- Strong work ethic - self-driven to take initiative and an excellent team player with proven ability to deliver work on time and within budget to the expected high standard
- Extensive experience in using an email deployment tool.
- Understanding of HTML and responsive code
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with pulling and reporting email results/analysis and proficient in using web/business analytics tools (Ideally Google/Adobe Analytics)
- Proven experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans to increase engagement and drive incremental revenue.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
