BASED BRUSSELS, SMC Engineer (Remedy), BMC Remedy Suite, Atrium CMDB, BPPM, ADDM.
Due to the nature of the work and the urgency of the start date current SC or DV level clearance is required.
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a major client for an experienced SMC Engineer (Remedy).
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous proven capability in the following areas:
-Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and operationalizing BMC Remedy suite, specifically Atrium CMDB, BPPM, and ADDM.
-Experience in providing a unified service operations reporting mechanism via the integration of disparate reporting tools such as BMC Remedy, SCOM, Cisco Prime, VMWare, Virtual Manager, McAfee ePO.
-Understanding of ITSM processes for large enterprise network infrastructure, in particular event monitoring, detection, alerting and management
-Implementing change management, asset management and configuration management in Remedy
-Development, testing and execution of system workflow activities
-Preparation of system documentation for functional and technical requirements of all products and subsystems.
-Managing work assignments of team members to assure schedules are being met
