Delivery Manager(DM)
Next Ventures seeks an experienced BPM Delviery Manager to work on a key project for a financial services customer based in Amsterdam.
You will work with Various teams onsite and offshore
You will have 10+ years experience minimum within this role or a similar one.
You must be a self Starter and strong communication skills
Require close collaboration with business customers and IT in examining solution options and in planning and managing multiple stream of projects
Manage delivery for engagement with agreed customer scope, timescales, budget, and quality metrics, as well as assisting customers
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritize and deliver
Advise delivery methodology and how this can be harmonized with a client's methodology; demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum approaches to delivery
Lead and coach staff toward thought leadership and project excellence
Inflight Delivery Report on periodically
Manage the risks of the program and provide mitigation plans
Support Practice Lead for governance escalations
Putting plans into action, communicate about plans, progress and issues,
Coordinating with other internal and other dependent teams in the program
Nice to have: PMP
Nice to have: Experience of working in Insurance clients
Nice to Have: Experience in Pega PRPC
Mandatory: Dutch Language skills
