Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Accountable for the overall organization and execution of the logistics (non-scientific) participation at international congresses, client own events, global launch meetings, etc.
-Ensure that all congresses and event activities reinforce the brand positioning and key messages
-Manage delivery of plans to stakeholders according to agreed time, quality and cost parameters
-Negotiate contracts and sponsorships terms for the events with service providers and congress associations
-Coordinate the needs of the client affiliates, stakeholders and the sponsored partners
-Handle all congress-related logistics (pre-congress, on-site and post-congress)
-Implement congress and event marketing metrics, monitor their success and take appropriate corrective action
-Offer and provide valuable consultancy and motivating advice
-Collaborate with other marketing teams, and cross-departmental teams
-Coordinate and lead internal and external partners (e.g.: booth building companies, event agencies)
-Responsible for being compliant with the company regulations and the respective quality management system
Required Skills:
-Experience in congresses and booth activities
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years of congress experience
-Good MS Office skills, ADOBE and In-Design (Nice to have)
-Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
Education:
-Bachelor / Masters Degree in engineering or similar
Languages:
-Fluent in English.
