Description
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large deployments of Citrix projects in an Enterprise Environment. This will be a 6 months + Contract position.
- Demonstrable experience in one or more of the following Citrix technologies: Citrix XenDesktop, Citrix XenApp, Citrix NetScaler, Citrix Storefront, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix mobility solutions.
- Demonstrable experience with Windows 2012 and 2008 R2 server, Active Directory R2 and a working knowledge of best practices tied to security, performance, hardware, networking, Scripting, and backup and recovery.
- Ability to observe, detect, identify and neutralize complex technical challenges and communicate resolutions in a clear, concise and complete manner.
- Citrix CCP-V, CCE-V and/or CCP-N certifications (what used to be Citrix CCEE, CCIA and CCA certifications) a plus.
- Minimum three years of Project Management experience.
- PMP certification is highly desired
- Government Security Clearance preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Excellent understanding of financial processes; ability to understand, analyze and create financial reports
- Working knowledge of both the theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Proven experience with people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail
