Description
My client is looking for a Resourcing Advisor, for a short term contract till the end of June, who has excellent attention to detail, able to work within a fast paced environment with lots of change, and is flexible. In addition they must be prepared to work hard and be a self-starter.
The role will require the suitable candidate to be responsible for:
- Volume recruitment
- CV screening
- Telephone interviews
- Face to face interviews
- Conduct job analysis meetings
- Setting a robust recruitment process
Experience required:
- End to end recruitment
- Competency based interviewing
- Experience in analysing recruitment management information and using this to identify and initiate improvements.
- Relationship management
The role may also require for the candidate to lead the BAU recruitment.
