Description

I am currently looking for a Sales Operation Analyst to join my clients leading global organisation based in Bracknell. This role will be within our team who provide the sales and territory compensation service to our businesses in the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

*Working with the business to understand their objectives for sales incentive plans, business liaison to identify requirements for sales territory management
*Implementing territory management solutions in our Vistex ERP system (input) and reporting performance to payroll for quarterly payment (output).
*Acting to improve service delivered to the business groups and increase commercial advantage from sales incentive programs.
*Qualifying and refining business requirements to ensure adherence system implementation and business best practice
*Implementation of agreed sales targets in Vistex.
*Guiding the business to standard monthly performance reporting for their sales teams.
*Reporting accurate quarterly sales compensation to payroll.
*Becoming a subject matter expert on Sales Incentives, providing insight to the business.

Skills, Experience and Key Capabilities

*Experience of administration of Sales Incentives
*A track record of delivering process improvement.
*Demonstrably strong Microsoft excel skills - able to use Pivot Tables, VLook ups etc.
*Ideally experienced in data analysis.
*Team player
*Client base focused with experience of service delivery.
*Experience with managing demanding workload, working to deadlines and demonstrating strong prioritisation skills.
