I am currently looking for a new Customer Service Representative to my clients leading global FMCG organisation based in Exchange Quay Manchester
Your role will be to provide full customer service and account management to our key customers in the supply chain, handling order management, issue resolution and essential business communication.
Responsibilities
*To manage customer relationships via telephone and other correspondence, including responding to customer enquiries and difficult complaints.
*To provide service and support through SAP CRM and Remedy Database, order entry, order status (resolution, collection and shipping dates), enquiries, agreement and pricing queries
*To ensure all transactions meet required compliance standards at all times.
*To assist customers with product issues in the areas of products issues, recalls, returned goods, proof of delivery, freight claims.
Skills, experience and key capabilities
*Good communication and organisational skills are essential in the fast paced customer Repair and Service environment.
*Previous SAP, SAP CRM, experience, customer facing experience is desirable.
*Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is also essential.
*Experience of supply chain and logistics is also desirable.
