Background:
Our client has an opportunity for a Supplier Enablement Officer to join their Procurement and Global Business Services Team on a temporary basis for the next few months.
They are launching a new procurement system from July-October called SAP Ariba.
Having bought the upstream (Sourcing and Contracting) and Downstream (Catalogues, Punchouts, Purchase Order(P.O) and Invoicing) systems.
Key Requirements:
Experience Using Excel
Experience Using Outlook/Email
Data Entry
Confident and polite on the telephone
Provide a summary of Progress each week.
Able to be flexible on working hours for shifts of either 9am-5pm or 12am-8pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
This will not vary from one day to the next but could vary from 1 week to the next. The late shift will only be necessary to focus on calling suppliers which are abroad.
Immediate Need:
In the short term we need friendly, self-motivated individuals to help gather information from our client's suppliers.
You will be required to gather contact email addresses for suppliers. This will include googling them, recording their email address in the tracker, sending them the link to join upstream Ariba and ringing them on the phone to get the relevant contact details and entering this onto their spreadsheet.
Receiving Tickets/Emails from Category Managers to add suppliers onto the relevant SAP system. Requesting The relevant forms from the supplier such as W8(US Supplier) W9-BEN-E(Suppliers outside of the US). Raising the request with the relevant GBS Team to download the relevant info from Ariba, Forward to compliance or quality assurance and asking the relevant team to load into Winshuttle/SAP. Completing the forms for loading them onto the system. Suggesting process improvements where possible.
Background: A-Levels, a Degree, or admin experience would be an advantage
