Description
We are looking for a Oracle CX (CRM) Architect with at least a minimum of 2 to 5 years implementation experience in Oracle CX in Hi-tech domain. Application Architect with a focus on Customer Experience based on Oracle applications solutions on Cloud.
This includes products from Fusion CRM/CX, RightNow, Siebel and the complete solution portfolio of Oracle CX products: Marketing, Sales, Service, CPQ, Commerce, Customer Data Management and Sales Performance Management. Strong expertise with CX applications with particular preference on Oracle CX.
The consultant we are looking for should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both Italian and English.
