Concur Training Consultant:
3-Month contract:
Sunbury:
GBP 330pd depending on experience
Our client, one of the world's leading integrated oil and gas companies are looking for a training consultant to be responsible for design, planning and implementation of online training modules that enable their people to effectively claim and approve corporate expenses using the Concur solution.
Key Accountabilities:-
* Collaborate with existing training resource to leverage from existing training offerings
* Develop and execute visually inspiring online training modules
* Develop and execute supporting specific video instruction on using Concur
* Coordinate with various key stakeholders to conduct training sessions for Wave 2
* Develop, coordinate and execute the training requirements
* Deliver skills training for User groups as required
* Assist and develop Training development plans, curriculums, initiatives and assessments
Required skills and competencies:
* Experience of building high quality online learning content
* Ability to understand and document complex business processes
* Delivery orientated, working under tight timeline and meeting committed schedule
* Ability to work effectively with multiple cultures, languages and time-zones
* Ability to propose alternative options and optimise learning solution
* Experience working in agile manner, close to Business stakeholders

. Strong experience working with Concur

. Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile processes, and source control and build tools
. End to end "Expense recording to reimbursement and reconciliation" process experience
