Small Works Project Engineer/Manager - BMS

My clients are seeking a BMS Small Works Manager to join the successful service operation of their business.
Working closely with the operations manager and account managers, you will be operationally responsible for the successful running of various small works projects ensuring that BMS and Energy related small works are delivered on time and on budget.
You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing project and application engineering
* Commissioning and handover
* Managing subcontractors
* Managing progress reporting
* Ensuring all project documentation is complete
* Managing financial aspects of the projects
* Ensure compliance with H&S regulations
You must have significant relevant direct experience in the delivery of BMS projects, either small works or larger projects up to £300,000. Experience of leading small teams is also very beneficial.
Systems knowledge in Trend is vital however; knowledge of other leading systems such as Tridium, Cylon, and Siemens would be very beneficial.
