Description
We are recruiting for a Solution assurance consultant/technical PMO telecom/Solution architect for helping a telecom startup based in Asia pacific.
The candidate needs to have experience in any combination of:
- Contact centre experience (Omni channel)
- Telecoms Billing/Product configuration/Inventory management/Provisioning/Integration
- Online charging using an OCS (Preferebly Alepo) OCS product setup, Diameter call setup with an Huawei PS core, integration with a PCRF (Alepo)
- ERP configuration: Account receivables, account payable, Logistics, collections
- CRM: experience implementing traditional CRM and social CRM (Twitter, Facebook, etc based) in a telecoms environment.
Preference will be given to candidates having worked previously for a management consulting company as an expert consultant, in what amounts to a technical PMO role, meaning the delivery responsibility lays with the suppliers and the technical PMO job will be making sure the interests of the telecom company, are being represented at the technical discussion table and that the implementation is carried out in a sound way.
