ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is currently seeking a PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst for a Contract-to-Hire in Fort Worth, TX. The PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst will support the PeopleSoft HRIS application with tasks ranging from HRIS upgrades, patches, testing, enhancements, system maintenance, production support, project/process improvements, report writing and training. The PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst will act as the technical point of contact for HRIS escalation issues.
- Review, testing and implementation of HRIS system upgrades or patches.
- Maintain system tables. Document process and results. Reporting.
- Ensure data integrity
- Provide support for HRIS including Tier I Support
- Recommend process improvements.
- Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
1-3+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- Supporting PeopleSoft HRIS Systems in an Analyst role
- PeopleSoft database design, structure and experience with database tools
- PeopleSoft functions and processes
- MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint proficiency
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
PREFERRED (but not required)
- Understanding of HR processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation
