Supply Chain Governance & Audit Professional

A Supply Chain Governance & Audit Professional is required to work on an eight month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our Defence client based in Glasgow

Overview of the Supply Chain Governance & Audit Professional contract role

As the Supply Chain Professional you will be required to Create and issue Reports, in line with the Financial Control Framework, Conduct Audits, providing Reports with recommendations, Review Delegation of Authority levels and provide recommendations. You will be responsible for Goods Received not Invoiced reviews and reporting. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Governance Principals and process audits for Supply Chain.

Key skills required for the Supply Chain Governance & Audit Professional

  • Understanding of Governance Principals in Supply Chain.
  • Experience gained operating in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Understanding of Supplier Compliance processes.
  • Process Audit experience.
  • Understanding of Purchase Order process.
  • Experience of creating and producing reports.
  • Good Stakeholder management skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

The role is based in Glasgow - Commutable from Kilmarnock, Paisley, Greenock, Stirling and Falkirk with excellent access from Edinburgh
