SAP Business Change Manager
Job Spec
Working within a SAP implementation project the role will be to coordinate and manage business change management activities.
The customer is a GREENFIELD site and moving from Legacy to SAP and they are connecting 2 production sites but rolling out across Europe.
Key responsibilities of the role will be to manage:
" Changes to roles and responsibilities of staff impacted by the project
" Project communication - both internal and external
" Training - in conjunction with internal training department
Other responsibilities will include:
" Line management - initially one report.
" Capture of changes to business processes (end-to-end) and implementation of policies/procedures to support this change
" Benefits realisation including identification and measurement of project benefits and key performance indicators/metrics
This role requires at least 3 years industry experience in SAP change management project environment.
Suitable candidates must have excellent communication, organisational and team leadership skills.
Candidates will also be independently motivated with sound analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
