Change/Incident Manager

I am looking for a reliable, resourceful and methodical worker with a strong ITIL Incident and Problem Management background. Good all round IT skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment, and for a great company.

Main objectives of the role:

  • To manage the major incidents and change requests for the company.
  • Arranging calls and communications on all the major incidents.
  • You will be driving restoration of services as quickly as possible reducing impacts on other services.
  • Following up all actions identified

Essential skills:

  • Good Customer awareness - understanding the requirements and processes for handling sensitive information.
  • Experience redefining the change process
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Streamlining the change process
  • Great organisational skills
  • Incident management experience
  • Very strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation
  • Passionate about supplying good service

Desirable Skills:

  • ITIL Service Management is highly desirable
  • Working with teams where English is not their first language
