Change/Incident Manager

I am looking for a reliable, resourceful and methodical worker with a strong ITIL Incident and Problem Management background. Good all round IT skills with experience working in a fast-paced environment, and for a great company.
Main objectives of the role:
- To manage the major incidents and change requests for the company.
- Arranging calls and communications on all the major incidents.
- You will be driving restoration of services as quickly as possible reducing impacts on other services.
- Following up all actions identified
Essential skills:
- Good Customer awareness - understanding the requirements and processes for handling sensitive information.
- Experience redefining the change process
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Streamlining the change process
- Great organisational skills
- Incident management experience
- Very strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation
- Passionate about supplying good service
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL Service Management is highly desirable
- Working with teams where English is not their first language
