Pensions Administrator - UK & Channel Islands - London
A leading, Global bank is looking for a Pensions Administrator/Pensions Officer Based in London, to support the Bank and the Trustees in the ongoing management of the UK DB and DC plans.
As part of the Group Pensions & Benefits (P&B) team, you will support the effective management and operation of the Bank's Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements in the UK and Jersey.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge and experience of Defined Benefit (DB) AND Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements in the UK (Channel Islands experience also valuable).
- Experience of best practice within major multinational companies (ideally financial services)
- Strong project management skills.
- The ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with staff of all nationalities through the Group.
- The ability to work identify and prioritise key issues, and manage them through to a conclusion.
- Excellent communication and senior engagement
