Description
My client is currently seeking for a Risk Manager to work on a long term assignment in the heart of the Netherlands, Amsterdam.
As a Risk Manager, you will be required to be experienced within the following:
- Experienced Information Risk Manager and have worked for a banking company.
- Has conducted a number Risk Analysis with the emphasis on reducing risk (mitigation). Of course based on the CIA (confidentiality, Integrity, Availability) requirements as imposed by the Business.
- Has been involved in imbedding IT Security in life cycle and change management with hands on experience on Identity and Access Management.
- CISM certified.
What will you do? What are you responsible for?
- Understanding how your application fits into the overall chain(s) of systems that implement banks business processes, and working with your "chain neighbor" teams where necessary to improve reliability, efficiency, simplicity and eliminate waste.
- Identifying IT related risks, feeling ownership for addressing and resolving them while creating overall awareness.
- Creating and executing capacity, life cycle and change management procedures and processes.
- Creating, and executing Operational Excellence Tests (eg Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Tests).
- Understanding the security aspects of your application while making sure that the agreed Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability ratings are met.
- Planning and executing the establishment of new interface connections between own and/or external systems
- Understanding and monitoring the performance of your application but also the entire technology stack on which the application is running.
