Deploy CQP on-time, on-budget and to end users' and customers' satisfaction
Rollout' phase (create country readiness to start using tool):
Ensure right way of working in process and with tool, lead superuser network and ensure process and tool training availability to user community
Skills:
- Process development and improvement, Project planning and management,
- Organization Change management,
- IS applications maintenance and development,
- Business analytics,
- Training skills,
- Good English written and verbal
- Communication skills and ability to interface with various groups in organisation
Experience:
- Mix of sales (process) with some IT orientation,
- Project management/Process development
