Ericsson TCRM Support consultant required for French speaking/writing project.
As part of a major overhaul of SI Télécom, under the authority of an Operations Manager responsible for the IS solution of the operator providing the customer relationship and the management of technical resources, the consultant will have The charge of:
Assignment and identification of requests in the JIRA management tool,
Investigation, analysis and search for solutions, faced with possible dysfunctions observed on the functional perimeter and interfaces,
Analysis and implementation of corrective activities (level 2), or escalation with the publisher (level 3),
Validation of the corrections in the qualification environment,
Coordination with the client's technical teams and business referrals,
Planning and deployment of patches in production,
Application of Ericsson's patch/update procedures, testing and qualification of updates before deployment, compliance with quality procedures provided by the customer,
Writing and updating procedures for use, deployment, configuration, training support, maintenance documentation,
Ability to transfer the competence to the agents of the client who will eventually take over the application exploitation of the SI Télécom solution
Practice of JIRA and/or OTRS tools
Expected profile:
Experienced SI Telecom support (over 5 years exp)
Bac + 3 to Bac + 5 computer with ideally telecom, the consultant will have a proven experience in operating the application layers SI
Organized, Rigorous, Autonomous
Capable of working on several issues in parallel
Strong analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication
Business and technical skills:
Knowledge of at least one of the following areas:Ericsson TCRM, OSS Inventory, WorkForce Management, Self-Management
Knowledge of OSS/BSS architectures and at least one of the following solutions: Ericsson (Telecom CRM, Selfcare, StreamServe, EAI, WFM)
Unix/Linux Scripting environment, SQL, PHP, Apache, JBoss, JavaScript, XML, Web Services
