Capacity Manager (HR/Resource/Workflow) - Contract - London - £competitive
Synergize Consulting are now hiring for a Capacity Manager to work for a large financial client based in London on a contract basis.
The successful candidate would work within people management and alongside HR to focus on the following areas within a large financial programme:
- Resource Strategy: Develop strategic resourcing initiatives to enhance operational delivery across multiple locations.
- Work in Progress Management: To provide oversight on ensuring all work flows through the process smoothly, identifying blockages and working with the operations team to overcome obstacles.
- Quality Control & Closures Handoff: To develop tools to enhance the hand-off of complaints with quality teams and closures to ensure T&C requirements are adhered to and effectively managed.
- Validation of Planning Process: Enhance existing planning and policy tools to ensure that scheduling of work is completed effectively, maximising the output of the operations.
Experience required:
- Experience in people management coaching, feedback and delegating
- Previous experience of devising resource strategies and processes
- Background in the financial sector, as well as some knowledge of PPI products and services would be an advantage
- Demonstrate a passion for driving quality and building a world class customer experience
- Experience of interacting with Senior Management in the business
- Knowledge of Group polices, procedures and external regulatory bodies (eg FCA)
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge of complaint handling processes
