Within the Operations Account Manager role you will be working within a fast paced global organization who are extremely passionate about helping customers achieve goals through innovative technology. What will you do in your job:
As the Operations Account Manager you will work with a portfolio of 60 partners and subsidiary organisations.
Day to day your job will entail the following:
- Conduct structured Partner engagements to drive Partner operational performance
- Work in tight coordination with Channel Team
- Deliver Partner training on tools and processes
- Share ownership of Partner Satisfaction score for channel Partners
- Manage complex issue resolution with Partner including co-ordination and closure of short term and long term corrective actions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Partner queries & escalations
- Manage Partners to achieve specific scorecard objectives
- Participate in projects and/or initiatives as required
- Develop excellence in overall Field operational performance/respond to broad field inquiries; provide communication and training to support field/Partner engagement

You will be involved in liaising with various stakeholders and will enjoy working closely with all levels of employees and clients.
You will possess the following skill set and expertise:
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as to work effectively alone
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships with Customers, Partners or vendors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation experience and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage execution
- Demonstrated work experience in an environment involving sales, licensing, account management or customer service
- Excellent command of English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
