Insight Analyst - SQL
Our client, a global creative agency, is looking for an Insight Analyst with strong SQL experience to join their team to assist with multiple projects they are currently delivering into.
The challenge they face is that they have a number of data environments across four key clients. They want to build enhanced profiles across their customers so they can segment more effectively and optimise the channels they use to reach out to them, eg email, media etc. Any previous experience of providing data driven insight for Customer Contact Strategies would be a huge plus.
We need someone who can work with the different project teams feeding into these four clients to:
1) help get the data environment in order, data cleansing and data mining pulling from multiple source systems (CRM, Call Centre, Media, Social)
2) help drive insights back into the different projects around customers and build segmentation models.
As the successful candidate you will have at least 3-5 years experience hands-on experience of using SQL to interrogate data.
You will have demonstrable experience of providing insight back into a business and experience of building segmentation models. B2C experience is essential.
