International Benefits Manager
A top tier banking client is looking for an International Benefits Manager to work within a Pensions and Benefits team. The role holder will provide management advice for Performance, Reward and benefits. The role holder will also look at the business strategy around reward and performance policy.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of all aspects of pensions and benefits
- Some understanding around pensions legislation
- Very articulate communication skills
- Experience managing projects
This role is paying £400 per day on an initial 3 month rolling contract - project is likely to last in excess of 12 months.
The client would prefer candidates that are immediately available however will consider a 4 week notice period.
