Your tasks:
- Participate to the development of the Quality Management System (QMS) for electronical devices.
- Actively implement the QMS documentation with the different functions of the organization.
- Ensure that the quality requirements of the QMS are integrated into and addressed within the organization whereas on the other side that all newly defined and developed elements including IT systems for quality management are integrated and introduced into the new QMS.
- Write, update, review Quality documentation (Standards, SOPs, WKIs)
- Participate in the implementation of QMS documents in the electronic Document Management System.
- Serve as key contributor for assurance of implementation and training of processes, IT systems related (Doc management, Training management)
Your qualifications
- Experience in environment with quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Very good knowledge of QMS and standards.
- Expertise in writing quality documentations (Standards, SOPs, WKIs).
- Expertise in IT systems used for QMS documents management and for training management.
- Knowledge of IT systems for Non-Conformity & CAPA and Audit Management is an asset.
- Very communicative and engaging personality
- Fluent in English
