My client are a Global IT and defence organisation. They are currently seeking a number of Sales Advisors to work at their customers site based in County Durham. These roles are to be based within contract positions.

Please find below full details in relation to the role, as provided by the client:

The Role:

  • Handling all customer calls professionally and courteously in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met whilst maintaining customer experience.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Take responsibility to ensure your own targets are met.
  • Be a team player and considerate of others.
  • Be aware of call time and SLA's and how these interact with the incentive scheme.
  • Ensure calls are delivered with excellent customer service and meet FSA regulatory requirements
