Description

Market Risk Analyst

The Role

The Market Risk Analyst will be based with a leading financial services company in London on an initial contract length of 8 months. Although the initial contract is for 8 months, the contract has a very high potential to go long past the initial contract on offer. The initial day rate on offer is £450-£550.

The Market Risk Analyst is needed to work on the Ringfencing Programme within Commercial Banking Reporting.

Experience needed:

- Extensive VBA and Excel experience is a necessity

- VaR experience

- Stress Testing experience

- FX and Rates background is a necessity

The Client

We have a number of current and former contractors who have or are still currently working with the client, and we all hear the same positive feedback all the time. It is a great place to work, and a great place to establish yourself as a reliable contractor. The client ideally likes to keep hold of good contractors, and has quite a high potential to move on to future projects if you have proven yourself as a reliable contractor.

Being a Contractor

As the role is a contract role you will need to go through a limited company. If you are new to contracting, or looking to get back to contracting, we have a number of suppliers that we work with that can guide you through the process of setting up a limited company.

How to Apply

To apply for the role, you can apply directly through the site or you can reach me on the contact details below. Ideally we aim to provide feedback within 72 hours of your application but in some instances that may not be possible.
