Description

Consol Partners is working with a global telecommunications company who are seeking an Incident Manager for a long term project.

The successful Incident Manager will have the following skills and be fluent in English & French

ITIL, Incident Management Experience (2years or more)

Banking backgroud
French, English speaking/writing is mandatory

Daily management of incidents across all severity levels.

To act as a point of escalation for the technical services centre and 3rd party vendor management.

  • Responsible for driving through resolution of incidents, aiming to minimise the impact to customers.
  • To ensure managed service processes (based on ITIL principles) are followed and processes are continually developed.
  • Drive daily service calls and run post-incident reviews for a global financial companies.
  • Collate, analyse, and produced data for KPI reporting and produce SLA calculations and trending analysis.
  • Lead technical conference bridges and provide timely summaries of incident recovery actions and business impacts.
  • Produced major incident reports for all incident investigations as well as internal notifications to senior management.
