Support Specialist - Advertising (Spanish & Italian)
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require a Spanish & Italian speaking Support Specialist with experience in an online advertising role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies. Initially on an 11-month contract, responsible for handling troubleshooting tasks so that the sales teams can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Solid communications, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Degree educated or relevant experience.
- Fluency in English, Spanish and Italian.
- Russian language skills are an advantage.
- Experience using online display advertising systems.
- A customer focus individual with client facing experience, ideally in an IT sector.
- Experience in an online advertising role and familiarity with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies.
- An organised individual, with demonstrable ability to work well with a team.
Core Duties:
- Provide outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from sales teams and advertisers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to settle issues.
- Oversee sales and customer inquiries and email tickets.
- Work directly with large customers as well as internal sales teams.
- Assist the development of internal products and processes, including developing training.
