SAP Ariba Support Analyst
Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a SAP Ariba support analyst for a multinational client in the Amsterdam area, the Netherlands.
As the SAP Ariba support analyst will drive the implementation of the supplier enablement strategy for regional Ariba and Lexmark deployments.
This position will work with the Ariba Shared Services team, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement function, suppliers and business/function stakeholders to drive adoption of the targeted invoicing strategy for the client's suppliers.
Duties:
- Support development of the regional supplier enablement strategy including supplier scope analysis, supplier segmentation and deployment/wave strategy based on regional scope which may include Ariba and/or Lexmark.
- Educate and socialize sourcing managers on catalogue enablement
- Support localization of the regional supplier compliance policy
- Support finalization of regional supplier enablement requirements including appropriate transaction paths
- Partner with Ariba Shared Services to implement the Ariba Network deployment wave strategy
- Support measurement and tracking supplier enablement metrics to ensure success metrics are met.
- Support other duties related to supplier enablement and Program Maestro. This may include but is not limited to project status reporting, catalogue enablement, and change, communication and education support.
Skills:
- 0-3 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or other related field
- SAP Ariba experience
- SAP Ariba Network supplier enablement
- Change Management experience
