Description

Our client, a large financial services organisation based in London, is looking for a Client and Colleague Change Communications Manager to work within Business Readiness on a large ring-fencing programme for an initial 6 month contract. The contract is paying £350 per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and reporting on potential client and colleague change, develop their journeys to explain the change and champion the interest of impacted clients and colleagues through the change life cycle. You will be responsible for developing the business readiness plan, mitigating client and colleague impact as well as creating communication and training plans.

You will have:
*Experience of supporting colleagues and clients through change through training and communications
*Experience from Commercial or Client Banking
*Business Readiness experience from a client/colleague communications perspective
*Experience of client and colleague impact assessments
*Strong communication skills
*The ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
