Senior IT Programme Controls Engagement Manager - 2 yearsBusiness Change - PMO Portfolio - Public Sector - SC Clearance
An IT Programme / Portfolio Engagement Manager is required by a large central government organisation to create and implement an IT Business Change and Engagement Model, wworking with senior stakeholders to shape and refine programme structure across the delivery capacity. You'll be key to communication strategy and will undertake crisis planning, response and messaging for the delivery of complex products/services.
Please note that SC Clearance will be required to gain access to the building and data. You will need to hold this or undergo the process.
Essential skills and experience the Programme Controls Engagement Manager:
*An experienced Senior IT Programme Controls Engagement Manager who can demonstrate expertise in complex portfolio communications and engagement with business partners across a large and multifaceted programme
*Experience of CEO and Board level communications
*Strategic thinking skills and strong understanding of complex stakeholder management
*Devise a crisis communication policies
*Demonstrate creative thinking and ability to think through problems to find appropriate solutions.
*Advanced organisational skills and close attention to detail to ensure communication is clear, concise, consistent and accurate
Nice-to-have skills and experience
*Programme Office Transformation including process improvements
*A highly developed understanding of government organisations, and how to operate and communicate at the varying levels of management
*Will have a background in Technology with proven success in a complex programmes
