Description
Solution Center Specialist - 1st Level Support with profound language skills wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial diploma, degree or school diploma in finance and/or accounting or relevant experience
- 1-2 years in account payable department (preferably shared services) or customer service
- Excellent accounting knowledge in IFRS and local standards to process allocated tasks
- Solid knowledge of accounting tools, eg.: JDEdwards, SAP, Basware and the Microsoft Office package as well as reporting experience
- Languages: fluent English and French both written and spoken, other European language knowledge is a big plus
Your tasks:
- 1st level support for any enterprise asset in scope of the EU FSC (eSHOP SRM, VIM, Basware IP)
- Managing calls and solving respective requests (call center activities) in the R2P area
- Initiating invoice processing corrections according to stakeholder input
- Training other team members and onboard new joiners
- Working closely with all R2P streams
