Finance Manager (m/f)

Description

• Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting and transactions within the legal entities
• Manage and supervise the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Special responsibility for quality according to the company’s quality policy
• Own and supervise the SOX framework of internal controls for the entity/entities
• Manage the company’s financial accounting function and supervise the day to day accounting operations
• Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements that are compliant with US GAAP, local GAAP and local regulations

• Good understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP and local Tax law
• Keen understanding of financial planning and management reporting
• Experience in fully integrated ERP systems
• SOX experience
• Leadership skills
• Fluency English (written and spoken)
