Interim Co-ordinator - financial SAM inventories

Profile

Education: Procurement or Commercial engineer
Experience: 5 years in Telco procurement is ideal
Knowledge: IT contracting and purchasing, knowledgeable of SW license management
and SW audits, software asset management (SAM) in a telco environment.
Ideally knowledgeable of Editors and products associated to telco IT.
Skills: Coaching, teaching, reporting, data collection & management, xls/sharepoint, vendor contracts, software license analysis (Able to identify products, licence metrics, volumes, pricing, audit clauses)
Attitudes: Listening, problem solving, team spirit, autonomous, accurate
Languages: English (fluent), + French and/or Dutch

Mission, tasks to execute

Specific Mission:

The consultant will be co-responsible for the set-up, training, supervision, daily co-ordination and support of a team of selected job students (6-9p) collecting and capturing financial, technical and usage data in a pre-defined data-model in view of the creation of a centralized license inventory DB and associated management tools. Upon completion of the collection phase with job-students, he/she will then consolidate & troubleshoot the inventory. He/she will report to the company's SAM-function and work together with the procurement department as also an interim Co-ordinator in charge of technical and usage inventories.
