Description
MOSAIC IT Analyst is urgently required by my public sector client for a 6 month contract to support their MOSAIC system post to go live. CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL MOSAIC EXPERIENCE
The role will work alongside both the Mosaic project team and the business system team to provide expertise and support to the system, both case management and finance.
The applicant should have significant experience in supporting all aspects of the Mosaic or Frameworki system, from form design, work flows, interfaces, finance set up and troubleshooting.
The role will support knowledge transfer into the business system team, supporting other analysts in learning the system.
The applicant should have very good communication skills - able to extract information from users and provide information back in a timely and easily understood manner.
The role will involve working in a fast paced environment, within a team and a structured environment for issue resolution.
Rate - £300/day
Location - London
Start Date - ASAP
Length - 6 months
