Description
My client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England, are currently recruiting for a Finance Lead for an initial 4 month period. The successful candidate will have demonstrable NHS based experience in a senior Finance role.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable NHS based experience in a senior Finance role
- The ability to conduct medium term financial planning, as well as reviewing current forecasting and other financial processes within an NHS organisation
- Knowledge of the STP process, with an ability to develop and implementin accordance with the needs of the organisation
- Demonstrable background in managing QIPP programmes
- Line and budget management experience
- Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills
