My Client, a top tier Bank is looking for an experienced policy Manager to join the IFRS 9 Retail credit risk team; you will be working on the IFRS 9 regulatory changes across the group. The successful candidate will be tasked with speaking to global stakeholders, developing new policy and implementing that policy. Interpreting the credit risk methodology into policy and pushing back on policy changes with stakeholders.

You must have an extensive policy writing experience within a credit risk environment with a deep understanding of retail credit risk methodology. Excellent communication is essential, you will be expected to present and facilitate meeting with senior stakeholders, regulators and key business areas in order to align the credit risk policy.

The ideal candidate with have a strong understanding of IFRS 9 and hands on experience of interpreting the regulatory impacts.
